Coming Fall 2026 | Prayerfully Preparing to Launch
Hallmark Church is excited to begin the early prayer and planning stages of launching Freeway Fort Worth, a gospel-centered ministry that offers hope, healing, and restoration to those impacted by addiction, incarceration, and life-controlling struggles.
Freeway exists to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ—because no one is beyond the reach of God’s grace.
Our Mission
Freeway Fort Worth will seek to:
- Share the life-changing hope of the gospel
- Walk with individuals toward freedom and restoration
- Equip the local church to minister effectively to those in crisis
- Create safe, redemptive spaces for healing and discipleship
This ministry aligns deeply with Hallmark’s mission: To lead people to FIND and FOLLOW Jesus.
Leadership
Freeway Fort Worth will be led by:
Michael Deckard & Stephanie Deckard
Michael and Stephanie carry a deep burden for restoration ministry and a sincere love for people who need hope, healing, and a second chance. They are committed to seeing lives changed by Christ and are currently in a season of prayer, preparation, and vision-building as we discern God’s timing and direction for this ministry.
Michael and Stephanie will be Freeway Missionaries and are currently raising personal and ministry funds.

This ministry is in its early stages, and we are asking our church family to join us in prayer.
