You’ve heard of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but have you ever participated in Giving Tuesday?

What’s Giving Tuesday?

Excellent question! In the midst of the holiday season, where so much of the activities in our society center around material possessions, Giving Tuesday is a day to shift our focus to helping others. For one day, people around the world are encouraged to donate to their favorite nonprofits and ministries.

We now have Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday to get you motivated to spend, spend, spend. However, since 2012 the Tuesday following Thanksgiving has been deemed as Giving Tuesday.

Why Are We Doing It?

Here at Hallmark, we’re focusing our Giving Tuesday efforts on helping MANNA Worldwide complete their new office building in Fort Worth. We would love for you to be a part of this exciting giving opportunity.

MANNA continues to grow and start new feeding centers and orphanages all over the world. They have feeding centers in over forty countries. They are in desperate need of additional office space so they can continue to gain new missionaries and leaders. We want to continue to be a part of what God is doing through MANNA.

How Much Are We Asking For?

The church board voted to match up to $50,000 this year for the new MANNA office. That means for every dollar you give, Hallmark will give an additional dollar.

By donating, you’re participating in MANNA’s expansion efforts to help more needy children around the world.

Here is what we need to make this dream become a reality:

  • 20 generous givers give $1,000.00 = $20,000.00
  • 20 generous givers give $ 500.00 = $ 10,000.00
  • 100 generous givers give $ 100.00 = $ 10,000.00
  • 200 generous givers give $ 50.00 = $ 10,000.00
