What is Grief Support?

Our Grief Support program is a compassionate 7-week journey designed for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Whether your loss is recent or from years past, this group provides a safe, understanding environment where healing begins.

What to Expect

During the small group discussion time, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a loss, learn about their experiences, and share your own.

  • Discover practical, Bible-based tools to help you navigate the weeks and months ahead.
  • You are not alone. Connect with a caring group of people who will walk alongside you.

FAQs

Is this group right for me?

If you’ve experienced the death of a spouse, parent, child, sibling, or close friend – this group is for you. There’s no “right” time to join; whether your loss was recent or years ago, you’re welcome here.


Do I have to share my story?

Absolutely not. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. Many participants find that listening is just as healing as sharing.

Dan Ashley

Grief Support is led by Dan Ashley, a long-time hospital chaplain and deacon of Hallmark Church. Dan has experienced both great personal loss and helping others through their own loss. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.
